PR-support to the Conference and presented products, equipments and services

Information and news about the Conference will be distributed by post and through the following well-known specialized information resources, supported by the NGO EcoInform: website “Мир отходов" (World of Waste), mailing list World of Waste Site News, and conference site. The Conference organizers will work closely with their information partners (specialized journals, publishing houses, information search resources, and Internet portals). Broad coverage will be provided to the Conference by regional and national mass media companies.

The Conference Proceedings comprising papers and presentations, along with the information about their authors and their contact details, will be published prior to and made available during the Conference, free of charge for the participants. Leaflets, brochures and other promotional materials provided by the participants will be included into the Conference Participant Set and distributed during the Conference.

Key documents adopted during the Conference will be published by the organizers at the conference site and sent to the President of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, relevant ministries and agencies, state oblast administrations, local authorities, and editor’s offices of various mass media.

After the Conference, the electronic copy of the conference proceedings will be made available at the conference site, to include all presentations and contact details of presenters.
